En Route Jets ("En Route Jets," "we," "us") is an air charter broker based in the Raleigh–Durham, North Carolina area. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or request a flight, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information collected automatically.

• Trip and contact details you submit — your name, email, phone number, departure and destination, travel dates, and passenger count.
• Passenger details needed to arrange a booking — full legal name, date of birth, weight, nationality, and, for international flights, passport information. We request these through a secure link, not by ordinary text or email.
• Automatically collected data — IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, gathered through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, prepare quotes, and arrange your flights.
• To communicate with you by call, text, and email about your inquiry, your trips, and matching empty-leg flights.
• To complete the passenger manifest required by the operator and any applicable authorities.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS) consent

By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call and text you about your inquiry, quotes, and trips, and to send empty-leg matches. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

How we share information

We share only what's necessary to arrange and operate your flight, and to run our business:

• Air carriers and flight providers. To book and operate your flight, we share trip and passenger details with the FAA Part 135 certificated operator, and where needed with crew and fixed-base operators (FBOs). These parties exercise operational control of the aircraft.
• Service providers. Vendors who help us run the business — for example hosting, customer-relationship and messaging tools, and payment processors — under obligations to protect your data.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our clients, our business, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we handle sensitive passenger details (such as dates of birth and passport numbers) through secure channels. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our client relationship, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or local privacy laws; contact us to exercise them.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it's used, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
